Coach Line Bratislava – Vienna and airports
This coach line connecting two capital cities as well as two airports of the neighbouring countries is a popular coach line of long tradition, however, adapted to meet the needs of modern times. The coach line includes seventeen daily services in both directions. It is rather easy for you to choose your coach meeting your time requirements.
Tickets are available:
• on our website,
• at our ticket offices at the Bus Station of Mlynské Nivy,
• at our reservations centre at the Vienna Airport arrival hall,
• at our sales agents close to your place,
• or even with our coach drivers.
Definitely you must use this coach line – just read all necessary information and become familiar with your benefits.
If your flight departs from Vienna Schwechat, our service from Bratislava to the airport takes you directly in front of the departure hall. If your flight arrives in Vienna Schwechat, our coach stops directly in front of the arrival hall.
If you buy an OPEN return ticket, please, do not forget to book your return travel for a particular date and time at one of our sales or reservations points as soon as you know the date of your return. Thus you make sure that you have a seat guaranteed in one of our coaches. Upon arrival at Vienna Schwechat Airport you can book your OPEN return ticket for any of our services in the office of Vienna Airport Lines Postbus which is situated in the arrival hall (turn slightly left, then hallway to the right, towards bus/coach platforms).
If your flight is delayed, please, note that your booked ticket is valid for any other of our services on the same day (in case of any free seats left aboard).
You can take two travel luggages for a basic fee of 1,- EUR (30,126- SKK), and if there is a free palce on the bus you can take your third travel luggage for a fee 2 EUR(60,25 SKK) with you. Transporting a suitcase up to 20x30x50 cm is free of charge. Extra fees is payable for any other luggages. The luggage fee is payable either in advance along with your ticket or to the driver prior to departure.
If you go to Bratislava-Petržalka, please, inform your driver about this fact in advance while your luggage is being loaded. Then your luggage will be placed in the luggage compartment so that it could be unloaded rather quickly at the bus stop Bratislava-Petržalka. The reason is that this particular bus stop does not allow longer waiting due to its construction and traffic frequency.
You can also use our express motorway service. This service is operated between Bratislava and Vienna directly without stopping at the airports. This service stops at the underground stations of Erdberg and Südtirolerplatz and runs Mondays to Fridays at 06.30 AM ex Bratislava to Vienna and at 16.30 PM ex Vienna to Bratislava.
