Handicapped travellers
If you are a holder of an appropriate ID card for handicapped people, you are entitled to a special discounted fare on regional and domestic services. When using international services, we may offer you interesting discounts as per individual age groups.
DOMESTIC SERVICES
On our domestic services you are entitled to a discount of 40 to 50 % of the standard fare. If you are a holder of an appropriate ID card for handicapped people with a guide, your guide is also entitled to the same discount under the condition that your ticket and your guide´s ticket is valid for the same journey to the same destination.
If you are guided by a guide dog, the dog travels for free. (If a sightless passenger is guided by a guiding person and a guide dog at the same time, the discount is provided to one of them only).
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
On our international services handicapped passsengers are not entitlted to any special discounted fare. You might however be interested in one of the age-related discounts. You can choose:
- children
- students
- adults
- seniors
REGIONAL SERVICES
On our regional services you are entitled to a discount of 50 % of the standard fare.
If you are a holder of an appropriate ID card for handicapped people with a guide, your guide is also entitled to the same discount under the condition that your ticket and your guide´s ticket is valid for the same journey to the same destination.
If you are guided by a guide dog, the dog travels for free. (If a sightless passenger is guided by a guiding person and a guide dog at the same time, the discount is provided to one of them only).
