Do you travel with the dog?

We will be happy to transport your dog up to the weight of 10 kilograms, safely locked in a container placed on your lap or below your legs. It is not possible to transport other kinds of animals. The dog accompanying the blind person is transported free of charge.

Cancelling the add-ons: The price for the add-on will be refunded to you with the price for the cancelled ticket that you purchased the add-ons with, as voucher for another purchase due to the conditions of transport.

We recommend you shop in advance

By purchasing add-ons in advance you make sure the limited space in the bus for the extra sized baggage is reserved for you.

If you travel both ways

You pick your add-ons for each leg of the trip separately. Don't forger, if you're taking your dog for a trip to Vienna, you need to buy a ticket for him for the return leg as well.

Have your QR code ready when boarding

You need to present your bus ticket and the QR code for the add-on to the driver when boarding. You can find it in the PDF file in your e-mail after the purchase.

FAQ

I planned to travel with a bicycle, so I bought an oversized baggage Add-on. However, when boarding the bus the driver refused to transport the bicycle due to the lack of baggage space. What should I do?

We try to meet the needs of all our customers, but very rarely a situation like this can occur. Of course, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount of the ticket and an Add-on. If you want to be sure that your baggage will be transported, do not hesitate to contact us at our customer center by phone.

We travel as a party of three and we all need extra luggage Add-on. However, after the purchase we found out that the Add-on is tied to only one travel ticket, is that okay?

Yes. The main passenger must be a passenger who boards the bus and has a valid ticket according to the Conditions of Carriage.

I travel with large baggage to Vienna and then return in the evening. Is it enough for me to buy one oversized baggage Add-on with the return ticket only?

For each trip (BA-VIE, VIE-BA) it is necessary to purchase a separate Add-on.

Is it necessary to present the PDF ticket with accessories when boarding the bus, if I made the purchase through the mobile application?

You can only present the valid ticket with the Add-on, you don’t need to download the PDF with the ticket. However, our staff may ask you to present the ticket detail to see which Add-on you have purchased. If necessary, the staff may ask you to present the PDF file with the ticket. However, you don’t need to print out the ticket.

We bought several extra tickets and an extra baggage Add-on. Can I use the Add-on if we cancel the Main Passenger's ticket?

Unfortunately, not. In this case the ticket has been refunded and you lose the Add-on. We recommend that you cancel the remaining tickets and purchase them again with an Add-on, or purchase an Add-on at the driver‘s.

Why am I not able to buy a dog ticket Add-on in the purchase process?

Some Add-ons are limited to one per bus for safety reasons. Therefore, it is likely that some other passenger has already purchased this Add-on. We recommend that you use the other connection that has this Add-on still available.

I have found out that I don't need an Add-on. Can I cancel it?

No. An Add-on cannot be canceled separately. We recommend that you cancel the main passenger's ticket and make a new purchase on the website or in the mobile application using the voucher for the cancelled ticket.

Je na autobusovej stanici možné odložiť batožinu?

Vo vestibule dočasnej Autobusovej stanice na Bottovej ulici sú k dispozícii skrinky na úschovu batožiny. Batožinu si tu môžete uschovať bezplatne. Pozor, o 23.00 hod. sa všetky skrinky automaticky odomykajú.

Koľko kusov batožiny si môžem zobrať?

Cestujúci si môže vziať so sebou do vozidla 1 príručnú a 2 cestovné batožiny do batožinového priestoru. Pre viac kusov batožiny je potrebné kontaktovať call centrum.

Ako dlho pred odchodom spoja je treba byť na nástupišti?

Cestujúci s vopred zakúpeným cestovným lístkom je povinný byť na zastávke 15 minút pred plánovaným odchodom spoja, inak jeho nárok na miesto v autobuse zaniká a vodič toto miesto môže obsadiť iným cestujúcim. Cestujúcemu, ktorému z dôvodu neskorého príchodu na zastávku (menej ako 5 min.) miesto zaniklo, cestovný lístok neprepadne. Stále má možnosť využiť miesto na sedenie, ak je ešte voľné, prípadne využiť cestovný lístok na nasledujúci spoj v ten istý deň.

Môžem si kúpiť lístok bez predošlej rezervácie až v autobuse?

Cestovný lístok sa dá zakúpiť aj priamo u vodiča v autobuse, ale len v prípade, že sú v autobuse ešte voľné miesta, čo nezaručujeme.

Ako si zaobstarať lístok?

Cestovný lístok si môžete zakúpiť elektronicky prostredníctvom webovej stránky www.slovaklines.sk, cez mobilnú aplikáciu, alebo osobne bezhotovostnou platbou alebo platbou v hotovosti u vodiča priamo v autobuse pred cestou alebo vo všetkých zmluvných predajných miestach dopravcu.

Je možné v autobusoch platiť platobnou kartou?

Za cestovné lístky na linkách 102806 Bratislava - Wien a 102958 Bratislava - Schwechat je možné platiť aj prostredníctvom bezkontaktnej platobnej karty priamo u vodiča.

Musím mať lístok vytlačený?

Na linkách Slovak Lines nie je podmienkou mať vytlačený cestovný doklad. Cestujúci sa môže preukázať v čase nástupu na prepravu aj platným QR kódom, prípadne rezervačným číslom opísaným z cestovného lístka alebo uloženom v elektronickom zariadení (mobil, tablet, počítač). Ak sa cestujúci nevie preukázať u vodiča vopred zakúpeným cestovným lístkom, je povinný si zakúpť nový cestovný lístok a následne môže podať reklamáciu v sídle dopravcu.
