We take care of all our passengers and try to make traveling pleasurable also for older people, disabled people and parents with little children.
The new planned coach station will provide significant improvement of comfort and services for everyone. However, we are not only waiting for it. In 2013, barrier-free approaches with slopes were built to all platform islands, ways for barrier-free movement in the coach station premises were marked, a new barrier-free toilet was built on the ground floor and basic information for disabled people and people with reduced mobility were located in the entire station area. The contact point for passengers who need assistance is the cash desks 4, 5 and 6 located in the station hall.
We are gradually upgrading the fleet. As regards the outskirt transport, from the beginning of 2013, we have started to put into service low-floor coaches improving the traveling quality for a number of passengers. By now, there have been 84 low-floor coaches in our fleet. New vehicles will be included into the Slovak Lines fleet at the beginning of 2015.
