Travel with Štefan Banič
In 1913, Štefan Banič construed the first usable parachute based on the umbrella principle. One year later he personally tested it in front of representatives of the U.S. Aviation Patent Office, when he jumped down from a 15-floor building in Washington. Several jumps from a plane followed afterwards. The U.S. Patent Office in Washington issued a patent for Banič's parachute on 25 August 1914. Let's set off for a journey to Vienna together with Banič. The modern Slovak Lines coaches will make your journey pleasant with a higher comfort, screens on backrests, Wi-Fi connection, USB slots and standard sockets.
