No. On our website, you can only purchase football packages (transportation + ticket) or transportation without a ticket.
No. Refunds or cancellations of the package, bus ticket or match ticket are not possible. In case of cancellation by the customer, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Match tickets are issued to a specific name, and identity will be verified at the stadium entrance against the details stated on the ticket and a valid ID.
If a name change is required for an already issued match ticket, it must be processed according to the options and instructions provided by the Slovak Football Association (SFZ) on their website.
Seats at the stadium can be selected during the ticket booking process on the SFZ website.
Yes, during the purchase process for the selected match, you will have the option to choose a ticket category.
After completing your purchase on the Slovak Lines website or in the app, you will find your bus tickets in your profile. If you have also ordered a match ticket, you will receive another email within 48 hours of purchase containing instructions and a special link to collect your match ticket from our partner, SFZ.
Please note that collecting the match ticket requires verification of the same email address and a Slovak phone number.
No. There is no need to print the tickets. Both the bus ticket and the match ticket can be presented in digital form.
n such a case, it is not possible to purchase the football package or successfully collect the match ticket. Verification of a Slovak phone number is a mandatory requirement set by the event organizer.
If a customer completes the purchase but the process cannot be finalized due to failure to meet this requirement, cancellation, refund, or transfer of the package to another person will not be possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify, prior to purchase, that all conditions for buying and collecting the tickets are met.
Only one match ticket can be purchased per transaction. If you wish to buy multiple tickets, separate purchases must be completed.
