The Customer Centre is closed on weekends and public holidays, but you can email us anytime. We’ll reply on the next working day.
Right at Nivy station on level -1, you’ll find ticket offices with a full range of services, including a Packeta branch, gifts and souvenirs, and Lost and Found.
If a Slovak Lines driver finds lost luggage or valuables on the bus, they hand them over to Lost and Found at the ticket offices of Nivy Bus Station.
If you have lost or found something, please contact our Customer Centre (on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
